What is the ADHD Go Getters™ Programme?

The ADHD Go Getters™ Program is a tailor made 6-week, 1:1 coaching journey that is unique for each ADHDer. Guided by me - Claire, a proud ADHD advocate and life coach. I know what it's like to have the fear of unmet potential, because your ADHD brain is powerful, creative and...can also hold you back from your plans at time! You KNOW in your soul that your ideas are incredible and you learn fast! You just need that missing puzzle piece to bring your life together - The ADHD Go Getter Programme.

The ADHD Go Getters™ Program is designed to provide you with a structured yet flexible approach to achieving your goals and overcoming the challenges of ADHD.
It has been made for those that want to thrive, whether that be in business or in your career.
Here's how the program works:
1. Initial Consultation
  • Get Started: A form will be provided for you to explain your needs
  • Personalised Assessment: Claire will go through this to understand your unique needs and tailor the programme accordingly. It's all about YOU!

2. Customised Coaching Plan

  • Individualised Approach: Based on the initial consultation, Claire will create a customised coaching plan specifically for you. This plan will outline each session for your 6-week journey.
  • Goal Setting: You’ll work together to set realistic and achievable goals that align with your dreams and ADHD strengths.

3. Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • Dedicated Support:  Each session is designed to provide guidance, support to help you progress towards your goals. You also get text support outside of your sessions! Because when I commit to supporting you - I COMMIT!
  • Flexible Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled at times that work best for you, ensuring that you can fully engage without disrupting your daily routine. The session will be the exact boost you need each week!

4. Continuous Feedback and Adjustments

  • Ongoing Flexibility: Throughout the program, I will monitor your progress and provide continuous feedback and support. This ensures that any challenges you face are addressed promptly and you finally stay on track.
  • Unique Strategies: Whatever your needs are, I have a method to support them. ADHD coaching, business coaching, social media coaching, general life coaching, overcoming limiting beliefs...the list of ways I will support you goes on!

5. Practical Tools and Resources

  • Comprehensive Toolkit: Gain access to a variety of tools and resources, including worksheets, exercises, and reading materials that complement the coaching sessions.
  • Skill Development: Learn and practice techniques for time management, organisation, goal setting, and overcoming procrastination, all tailored to work with your ADHD.
